As always my advice stays the same with anything to do with the latest X-Men run. If you collect bind ups named Dawn of X/Reign of X etc, you don’t need this, if you collect things as New Mutants, X-Factor, X-Men, etc, then this is the next one you need in the New Mutants run.

The best there is, by some of comics’ greatest talents! Wolverine and Havok are drawn into a web of espionage in Russia! An old friend’s death leads Logan to Nick Fury, but what is the surprising secret under the new Scorpio’s mask? On the cutthroat island of Madripoor, Wolverine and Jessica Drew take on an evil cult that plans to raise an ancient demon! I’d recommend knowing a bit about the characters mentioned, but seeing as this goes back to the original team, you can probably get away with basic knowledge of the team and that’s it.
